Returns and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the product purchased is not required anymore for whatever reason, then any refund will be subject to a restocking charge, which is 20% of the total order value. We do not profit from this charge. It is required in order to cover all costs incurred by Ground Cover Solutions, so that we do not make a loss, should a customer changes their mind. The charge covers all delivery costs, a small admin fee and the cost of fees charged by the card payment service when the original purchase was made.
If the item you received was not what you actually ordered and a mistake was made by Ground Cover Solutions, we will arrange for the unwanted goods to be picked up and the originally purchased item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
If the item you ordered arrived damaged in transit and needs to be returned, we would require photographic evidence to see the extent of the damage before reissuing a new item and having the damage goods returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return any goods until you have contacted Ground Cover Solutions by phone or email explaining why you would like to return the goods.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, we require an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org . DO NOT sent any goods back to Ground Cover Solutions without contacting us by email first.
To return your product, please contact us by emailing email@example.com . As the items we ship are quite large, in most circumstances it is easier for you if we organise the return shipping, as we are likely to get a better rate.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
